Associate/Senior Associate - People & Change - Consulting - Advisory - Shanghai & Beijing

Description:

· Join our Advisory practice and you will provide advice to clients in the implementation of their strategy relating to enhancing their performance, improving their management, and control and restructuring of companies.

· Review policies and procedures; investigate compensation & benefits and compliance issues;

· Deliver People & Change advisory works, which include organization, restructure, compensation & benefits and performance management system, for both multinationals and domesticenterprises;

· Assist in knowledge and product development, and other business development activities;

· Build effective working relationships with clients on advisory assignments;

· Market new People & Change advisory services to meet market demands and support business development.

Requirement:

· Degree in HR management, business administration or equivalent;

· Minimum 2 years' solid experience in assisting in formulating HR policies, with focus in the compensation and benefits discipline;

· Financial Services and/or consulting background is an advantage;

· Candidates with less experience may be considered as associate;

· Knowledge of China regulations;

· Strong business sense, confident and mature;

· Ability to multitask with strong analytical and organisational skills;

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

· Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
